With over 20 years of experience, Giuseppe partners with clients to unlock potential at every level: individual, team, and system. He designs and facilitates dynamic trainings, workshops, and interventions that foster connection, clarity, and meaningful change. Whether leading team-building sessions, strategic planning retreats, or culture change initiatives, Giuseppe creates inclusive, brave spaces where people can do their best thinking and take bold action. A sought-after speaker, he brings energy and insight to topics like cultural synergy, sustainability, conflict resolution, and leading with purpose. Before consulting full time, Giuseppe served in leadership and teaching roles at Pepperdine University and supported national campaigns in Washington, DC. He holds a B.A. in economics and an M.S. in organization development. The most important roles Giuseppe plays are spouse to Minda and father to Allegra and Luca. They reside in central California.
